Ram 90% On Startup

warned

My computer is almost a year old (yay) but recently the ram usage has spiked to 90% being used at idle and after reboot. Any help would be appreciated on getting it back down.

How much ram is installed? And what OS are you running? Do you have a ton of startup apps? CTRL+SHIFT+ESC goto Start Up on Widnows 10

16gb and currently around 15 or more is in use. OS: Windows 10 Home I have some startup apps it looks like around 17 but I have had these the entire time and only recently (I think) has the ram usage been this high.

What programs show as using a lot of ram in processes and sort by most ram usage? Example: 6ade000b77940e4c472986a28b540654.png

I have opened up the processes and I've got CAM, Discord, Vivaldi/Chrome, and Adobe CC taking up all these resources.
