blank screen new build

graphics card: GIGABYTE Radeon RX 580 

motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-AX370-Gaming (rev. 1.0) AM4 AMD X370

cpu:AMD RYZEN 5 1400 4-Core 3.2 GHz

monitor: spectre LMAO tv hdmi

harddrive: blank m.2 ssd

 

I can't access bios  everything turns on or maybe I am accessing bios but no output because the graphic card needs drivers and a OS? Is there anyway to boot from a USB blind?

also the graphics card is showing fan stop lighted and there is a white led light on back of it but I'm guessing that is because I need drivers and a OS. I was planning to boot from a USB and install windows but no screen so I don't know what to do. The manual doesn't say jack about what any of the lights mean,

the BIOS does not require any graphics drivers, and neither do most EFI bootloaders, meaning there's probably another problem. is your monitor on the right input?

yes it is on right input. but I thought ryzen can't output video without a graphics card? 

 

also I tried resetting CMOS nada

I got it working. It was a bad PSU cable connection to the graphics card. that is what I get for being cheap on a power supply. whew
