Hi everybody, I switched from an r7 260x to a rx 580 and my CPU temp were almost 10°C higher. My case is very well ventilated, 2x120 intake at the front 120+140 outake at the back/top. To have the same temps as before I needed to run my FX-6300 undervolted badly and with no boost (@3.5). Can this be only GPU Power difference heating the air inside the case or something is wrong?

Might be time to consider a CPU upgrade either ways your FX 6300 bottlenecks your RX 580, either ways you might want to clean the cooler, reapply the paste...

I'm going to, just waiting for christmas. I bought the GPU because I had a really good deal, the bottleneck is very clear.
