My system hard locked when exiting Morrowind. I hard reset my system and was greeted with a crypto internal library error that was consistent and wouldn't go away. Figuring it was an OS issue I decided to reinstall OS, and it BSOD as soon as the installation process started. I reset BIOS thinking it was a bad OC on Cpu and still BSOD. After much troubleshooting I decided to disable cores 2 through 5 and it booted windows just fine. I then started to renable cores and I found out that core 2 will hard lock my computer with BSOD every time, and core 3 would result in artifacts in youtube and cause general instability in windows.

Is my processor going bad? Or is this a motherboard issue?
