Is this enough power?

I agree with @ZeusXI. You have plenty to work with. Go with a 4tb. That way you won't have to go out and buy another down the road. It will last longer in terms of capacity.

My current pc spec is

i5-6500

16gb ddr4 2133mhz

ga b150m-ds3h

gtx 1060 6gb gigabyte

crucial mx300 275 gb ssd

wd blue 1tb hdd

cx450m psu

I'm currently in school broadcast class and I got tired of editing on DUAL CORE MAC so I brought video clips to home and my 1 tb hard drive is full due to games

Do you guys think I can add 2tb hard drive to my pc?

I think my pc uses about 320 watt max under load....

Easily... the extra hard drive won't consume an appreciable amount of power.

That system might consume 200W if you pushed it. You're fine adding as many hard drives as your board supports.

|PSU Tier List /80 Plus Efficiency| PSU stuff if you need it.
