WOL Has PC Booting Without Warning

I hope someone can help me. My homemade NAS is running OMV and it turns on automatically after I shut it down. The Power by PCIE setting is on (needed for the WOL to work) and I am trying to figure out what keeps sending the packets for it to turn back on. I have swapped motherboards and it does the same thing. Is there anyway I can monitor or see what is sending packets for my NAS to boot back on without warning?

 

FYI,  it turns on right after I shut it down, I can physically hold the power button and turn the machine off and it will automatically turn back on.

Instructions for frustration management:  

1) Sit at desk.   2) Repeatedly slam forehead against desk.

 

I never said I was smart, just smart enough to be dangerous.

Same here. what motherboard are you using??

i am using the Asus ROG Maximus Hero VII

I don't remember. I know it was 1150 Asus MB.

Is it available for mac? Do you suggest looking on my laptop? I am still not savvy with networking.
