Warframe Insufficient Video Memory

Sometimes when I tab out of warframe, the game will crash and I will get a pop saying "Insufficient Video Memory". I dont understand why I am getting this pop up when I have 8GB of VRAM so I shouldn't be getting this message. If anyone else has had this issue and fixed it, could you say what you did.

It wont let me verify the game files through steam but I verified and optimized through the launcher

Try uninstalling the game and re-installing it.
