oh i see youre using a VPN - sometimes installing VPN clients mess up network adapters

you could try this 

settings > update and security > troubleshoot > Internet Connections > run the troubleshooter 

it usually resolves any errors in the config

yeah it works but today after i turned on my pc i had to troubleshoot it again.

try uninstalling your VPN client. see if thats where the issue is

if tunnelbear is the issue then i suggest re-installing it or just dont use it. switch to another VPN provider 

 

ive heard very mixed reviews about tunnelbear to begin with - i use PIA instead

i uninstalled it like 2weeks ago.this is the problem

You're not getting an IP address from your router. Can you go onto cmd and type in ipconfig /all and paste the results here.
