Game streaming PC

Hi, am planning to make a new PC. I mostly play Civ 5, MMO like Guild Wars 2 and maybe Wildstar next year. Also may want to try streaming on Twitch and uploading on Youtube. Will I need hyper threading for all this functions? Not planning to OC, as I never try it before. Can please give me an idea what build will be good? I have a budget of $2000, can add more if need be. And also will it be overkill if I use  corsair H100i and a NZXT G10 on the CPU and GPU? Thanks in advance.

Hi, keyboard/mouse no need. Am in Singapore, no case preference (user friendly). Window 7 is preferred.
