my evga gtx 1060 3gb (non superclocked) turbos up to 2,1 ghz without me doing anything, does anyone know whats happening (it doesnt crash)

Yes, that'sNvidia GPU Boost auto overclocking the GPU for you. Leave it. That's a great result.
