GPU No display but detected

Hi can someone help me this is the first time I experienced this I'm using Palit GTX 1060 Dual Fan 

 

the GPU Is running fans are running,fans are running, the system boots and detects the video card but it has no display/output that i need to use my on board graphics and when i checked the GPU-Z there are some info that are missing and unknown and the Memory size is 0 and when i checked the device manager Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) I already tried installing a fresh driver and an old one but still no luck

Make sure that the power connection to your graphics card is fully inserted, or try unplugging it and re-plugging it in. Otherwise check this link: http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3724/~/error-code-43-in-device-manager-after-upgrade-to-windows-10.

no luck mate theres no Lucid VIRTU MVP 2.0 on my pc and I already tested it on different computers and different power supplies and yes I already tried reinserted the 6pins still the same

Ah, sorry to hear that. Could possibly just be a faulty card then. Did you have it working before? Did anything happen just before this? Sometimes you can check error logs by opening "Event manager" (start menu search for it).

yes it was working last friday night and I didn't shut it down because I'm downloading a game but when I woke up then the computer just stopped responding
