want to build blender open cl render like the image. add 2 silent wings 2 for push pull radiator

i want to add 1080ti fow gamng while I rendering

 

is that possible?

is that build quiet enough? silent enough?

how to configure these all 3 gpu to run in 8x? not in 16x because the cpu just have 28 pci-e lanes

It should all work, I don't see anything that sticks out as glaringly incompatible or anything.

The GPUs will automatically drop down to x8, there isn't anything to configure.
