Weird Issue with EZ Debug LEDs

so my z270 i wont boot and i look up the manual but it only indicates that the first led lights up if cpu is fail the second one for memory the third one vga and the 4th one is boot drive but mine switches between 1 and 2 constantly so i dont know what to make of it

 

"You know it'll clock down as soon as it hits 40°C, right?" - "Yeah ... but it doesnt hit 40°C ... ever  😄"

yo thanks i tried reseating ram already and it didnt work but reseating cpu just did work thanks again
