Help choosing a 2nd drive

Hi I am upgrading my PC and have chosen 2x Samsung 960 PRO V-NAND M.2 SSD - 512GB Raid 0 as my main boot drive just because I have seen it recommended even if it is a little overkill for my gaming/streaming requirements. I'm not an experienced PC builder this will be my first pretty much full upgrade of my system and I need some help choosing a 2nd high capacity drive For backups and other media which doesn't need the high speeds of the 960's.  

 

I was thinking about buying a 3-4tb 7200rpm HDD of some sort and adding Intel octane though I have seen it may not be possible to use optane on a 2nd drive and not the boot drive. if that's not possible or just plain bad what hard drives would you guys recommend im looking to spend around £200-250.
