Hello everyone, i have a issue that bothers me, it's that when i try to set up a fingerprint with Windows Hello, y select "Set Up" asks my pin, then i introduce it but then nothing happends, only i hear a "Denied Sound" but not an actual new windows marking me a error or code, i tried reinstalling drivers, even making a fresh install of windows and nothing works, sometimes, that's very rare to happen after some restarts it pass, and works fine, but then i shut down and turn on or restart and i put my fingerprint and then says "Your Pin is required to use fingerprint" even waking from sleep, here is the model of the laptop, i searched in the Event Viewer and here's the error that gives me to set up the fingerprint

Error ID 10016
