Preping laptop for sale

hello im preparing my windows 10 laptop for sale and i wanted to erase everything while still keeping the operating system on the hard drive, how can accomplish this ?

One easy way is to just do a fresh install of Windows making sure that during the process you partition and format the drive.  That will nuke everything to be sure.

Delete all your personal files then >

 

Settings > WIndows and Update > Recovery > Reset this PC > "Remove Everything" 

you will be left with a clean install of windows 10
