Internet problem cabel

hi

i've a problem with my internet "i use cabel btw " it takes soo long to connect to my internet it take like 3 min it started last week 
and i i've no idea why try to update my driver but nothing have changed,

Have you recently installed or reconfigured any anti-malware, anti-virus, or firewall software?

Check its settings. It may be causing the problem. In particular, if the Avast Firewall is active and the Windows Firewall is also active, there may be a conflict. Disable one of them.
