$30-$50 Microphone Arm?

Does anyone have a suggestion for what mic arm i should get for my Shure SM58, which i won in an EDM contest, so that it can be mounted to my desk.

I have seen the Rhode PSA1 but its $99. There are hundreds of crappy ones on Ebay but i dont know what to trust, any tips?
