go semi modular on PSU, go for a smaller form factor. mATX parts can sometimes be cheaper than ATX. That should drop case and mobo part costs. go for 16 GB of RAM for better performance.

You could defiantly get a cheaper and lower wattage PSU, but if you have the money its a good PSU to keep around for future builds. Edit:16GB is a must now.

i saw a 16 gb (4x4) kit of ddr4 on pcpart picker a few days ago for 92, might be worth waiting and seeing if a similar deal come around, otherwise looks good

OP- £320 is such a huge waste of money for a GTX 1060. You can get a GTX 1070 for less than £50 more.
