go semi modular on PSU, go for a smaller form factor. mATX parts can sometimes be cheaper than ATX. That should drop case and mobo part costs. go for 16 GB of RAM for better performance.

OP- £320 is such a huge waste of money for a GTX 1060. You can get a GTX 1070 for less than £50 more.
