Ryzen Ram Issues

I believe there has been a fix for this if not then sorry.

I have a Ryzen 7 1800x and I'm still having issues with my Ram ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B016BWENUI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 )  being restricted in its clock speed. I have regularly updated bios hoping this would fix this however, I've had no luck.  Was hoping that someone might have a suggestion on what to do?
