Time to upgrade

So my old CPU just can't cut it anymore and i need to upgrade, coming from the i5-4590, 8gb of ram. I want to go with the 8600k, 16gb of ram and a nice MOBO to get that 5GHZ. Do you guys reccommend buying now or should i wait until christmas for some better deals?

what gpu are you looking to get?

I already have a built PC, i have a 1070 FTW edition, i just want to upgrade from the 4590 to a 8600K. The oldi i5 is really bottlenecking.

yes ofc it is. I'd wait to black friday or whatever, AMD will probably adjust price since those Intel are priced competitively, plus there will be a lot more info on Motherboards.
