Strange mic Issues

I have just replaced my old Blue Snowball with an Audio Technica AT2020, but it isnt working correctly.

I have Realtek audio drivers, I have uninstalled them, re installed them, my old mic still connects fine to programs.

I cant find anyone online that has had the same issues as me, please help ;-;

more complications, Audacity can see my mic, but nothing else I have tried.
