Hey everyone, I recently installed my new SSD into my computer, and I was planning on migrating my Windows files (OS) to my new SSD. I will be using Paragon's Partition Manager, and I have a question. After I migrate my OS to my SSD,will the files on the old drive be deleted? If not, then is it okay if I delete all the files on it? Thanks everyone!

If you copy the files, then it would be a no.

Otherwise it may be dependant on the software where more than likely they should remain.

Most people recommend installing windows from scratch to your SSD.

if I install Windows on my ssd what do I do about my hard drive since it has my os on it

Personally, I booted my computer to my SSD, opened my hard drive, selected Windows and pressed the delete key.

There are likely better ways. Eventually I think I just reformatted the drive.
