Dbrand processing times

Dbrand states on their website that the item gets sent within 72h and usually in as little as 12h. 7 days later my order still hasen’t been sent. I contacted them and they said that they have a large volume of orders so it might take a while. Has this happened to any of you guys before? I’m pretty dissapointed.

Yeah. Similar problem. I submitted my order Tuesday morning and got my money drawn from my account in no time flat. Order said Pending for around 48 hours so I shot them a tweet. I got a reply via email.  Which I will post below. I decided I’d return them an email and shoot them a little advice. Maybe you agree, maybe you don’t.

My order in the picture. Xbox controller is for my pc. I’m no console man.
