Protegent is mildly effective

So, 

A few days ago my and my friend were playing around in virtual machines and we decided to download the trail version of Protegent, so, we ran the program set it up and then started downloading some "Quality Software" if you know what I mean. It detected Bonzi Buddy and the Memz Trojan and that's about it. But to be honest both Windows defender and Google chrome did better than it. So, I give it 9/11.
