The typical advice (and I am SUPER bias, see my signature), is to pair headphones with a dedicated mic. It doesn't really cost more and you get a lot more quality and flexibility.

Options include ModMic, BoomPro for "build your own headset" or a desktop mic like the Snowball/Yeti/AT2020 etc (the prices range immensely), or lav mics like the Zalman.

Now, your budget appears to be about 80 bucks, but that doesn't mean you still can't do this.

For that price range you've got two great options:

SHP9500 (55 dollars on Newegg right now)

Superlux 668B or EVO (both about $38)

Then add the mic that fits your need/budget. On Amazon, ModMics start at $50. Boompro is $30. The Boompro doesn't work with the Superlux options. It has some pros and cons compared to the ModMic, which given my obvious bias I won't get into. Others can chime in perhaps :). Anyway, the Snowball appears to be $53 on Amazon right now and the Zalman is $7.

Depending on how you want to use your mic, you may want to spend a bit more than $80 and just blow your listed options out of the water.  For both Boompro and ModMic you probably want a USB adapter (add another 10 dollars) as a PC gamer or a Y adapter ($5-$10) if you're a console gamer. Or both if you do both.

But yeah, long story short any of the above options in any mix (other than the Boompro and Superlux since they aren't compatible) will do wonders for you and come in somewhere around $50-$110 after all costs.

To the people suggesting headphones over headset.

Im in the market and the most important thing for me is comfort.

I hear all good things about headphones, in ear, over ear doesnt matter. And there is no doubt that they are superior as far as music is concerned, have you every tried wearing them for 6-7 hours straight? Because I can't find any decent pair of headphones under 100$/€ that are comfortable for that many hours especially for a guy like me with a big head and vision glasses...

I'd go for the Sennheiser HD558 as a starting point for comfort at that price. They're 80 USD here, so maybe pretty close to that 100Euro over there?

Lower than that the SHP9500 are decent too and significantly less $.
