USB flash drives acting up

Hi there.

Every time i plug a flash drive in this happens: I browse to the flash drive, open the root and this is what I see. Needless to say, I never created a link to the drive in its root.

When I open the link this is what happens: the audio farts, like when you accidentally touch the aux cable while speakers are on and the folder pops out in another window.

I tried 3 different flash drives, same thing. If I try to do this with a new drive it works fine for the first time, then the link in the root gets created. I'm guessing is some sort of malware because I got it after I gave a flash drive to someone in some print shop and when I gave another "infected" drive to another guy in a different shop he got the same thing I got.
