Corsair Hydro H45 PROBLEM??

Hey guys! I recently made a new build that you can see in my profile! But one day a problem occured with my water cooler (Corsair Hydro H45). While I was playing, its fan suddenly started to work 100% while my temperatures were just under 35 degrees Celsius.
I understood that it wasnt about the load or the multitasking, because since then the fan has not fallen from 100% and makes a lot of noise, but generally before it was completely silent as if I did not have a PC. can someone help the situation; what can I do to slow the fan?

If it's a more modern motherboard, you can go into the BIOS and configure the fan curve

does fan come with s/ware that has fan curve settings OR gamer/light use settings

the fan doesn't come with any kind of software but i can configure it from the bios! the problem now is that i dont know which configuration i should change... lol
