Rapoo 7800p 5G

Hello, so I have a Rapoo 7800p 5G wireless mouse and ever since I built my new computer it won't work, It installs drivers and says its all working but the mouse pointer doesn't work I can't even get a new driver from Rapoo's website because it downloads like 0.4mb then stops. I have also tried different batteries and stuff but that doesn't make a difference it installs the drivers fine but the mouse pointer won't move on the screen. Another thing to note is when i turn the mouse on it the little orange led flashes 5+ times so I have no idea what that means, so I am kind of stuck right now..

No i had to buy another mouse, couldn't find any solution
