Hello, so recently I've bought my new pc and I got myself a Ryzen 5 1600 and MSI B350 Tomahawk motherboard paired with a stock cooler and 16 GB of RAM. For the past week, my CPU frequency is really low at around 1.5 GHz and I don't know what to do. I didn't overclock it, it runs at around 30-40 C. I need because I don't know what is causing the problem. Thank you in advance. Also at what voltage should I put my core voltage.

Was there something wrong in the bios settings, try reset the bios settings, and see what happens.

You've clearly screwed something up in the bios. Open your board's manual and find the option to reset the cmos.

Once you get this working correctly, it wouldn't hurt to update the bios to the most recent version. They tend to fix issues related to system stability and memory compatibility. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B350-TOMAHAWK#down-bios
