It seems my Asus n66u routers Ethernet ports have failed. The line in still works as does the wifi so anything that's not hardwired still connects to the internet. I need to be able to connect a switch/server via an ethernet connection however and was wondering if by using the usb ports on this router and a usb to rj45 adapter I could connect my switch at least as a temporary fix while I build the pfsense router I've had in the works.
