I can buy

San Disk 480gb (123 euros aprox)     or

Samsung 850 EVO 500gb (157 euros aprox)

Which one is better? I will be use for games not for OS. The difference in speed is 10mb/seg.

Should I buy San Disk?

The Samsung is great, but the Sandisk drives are fine as well. I've had had more SanDisk drives fail than Samsung, but none of the 480s (out of about 60 480s).

With "fail" you mean stop working (at all) or just lower speed?

I mean dropping dead. This happened with some 64 & 120GB drives (10 drives total out of an estimated 100 64/120GB) at around the 2 year mark.

The 240GB & 480GB drives from the same era have not failed at all though.

Ok, hope that the 480gb are built in a better quality to avoid that
