g102 not functioning properly

So I've been using a g102 for quite sometime now without any problems. But Since this morning I've been noticing some input lag on the mouse, at some occasions even the mouse stops completely working at all during gaming. Can someone help me with this? do I need to return this mouse? because I still have the guarantee on it. :/ Please help :(

Test it on another PC with the latest software. If it just stops randomly working on both PCs, RMA it. If it works fine on one PC, that should tell you where the problem is. 

The ability to google properly is a skill of its own.

I tried it on other pcs (my cousin's laptop and my other pc) it's still having input lag so yeah :/ ty for your help.
