What motherboard for an 8700K?

I will be overclocking, using M.2 storage, like sound quality and is primarily for gaming.

Should I get the:

Asus ROG Strix Z370-F (The one without AC WiFi)

or

MSI Z370 Gaming M5

Also please check out the full build here:

Why are you getting such expensive parts? A $650 1070? A $150 250gb SSD? A $230 set of 16 GB of ram? A 200 dollar liquid cooler? A 150 dollar PSU? Thats 1700 dollars for what should cost half that price.

Case: InWin 303 Motherboard: Asus TUF X570-Plus Processor: Ryzen R9-3900x GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3070 Ram: 32 GB DDR4 3000 MHZ

PSU: Corsair CX750M Storage: 1TB Intel 660p NVME SSD and a 2TB Seagate 7200RPM HDD Mouse: Logitech G600 Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 HeadphonesSteelseries Arctis 7 Audio: Shure PGA58 with a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen

I just tried to piece something together on there, it seems that Australia has really high prices on graphics cards. All the 1080ti were over a grand

Perhaps it's because he lives in a land called Australia, where the prices aren't a direct reflection of the ones in the US.

If you are into overclocking and the Asus z370 boards allow for per-core voltage control like their x299 boards do, I would go for the Asus.  It is a nice feature I wish I had on my Gigabyte.
