What Happened?

My mom's laptop is having an issue, I don't know how it happened or what could have caused it. I am not quite sure how to describe the issue, but I will try. 

When accessing the file explorer, usually the file tab has several options including the print option, currently, none of the normal options are showing and instead replaced with a set I've never seen before. (see picture) what I would like to know I how to fix it so that the normal options are showing.

There is no such thing as too many fans, especially if you have good headphones.
