Clear Up Audio Playback Menu?

Thought about that but, can i disable to steam ones and still be able to stream over network with audio?

Nope, it's either enabled or disabled. Or you can click on "Select Playback Devices" at the top and collapse the menu so only the main playback device is showing.

Oh i don't care about what shows up i just want to be able to switch between headphones and speakers without digging through the menu
