I recently discovered that my GPU, the Zotac 1080 Amp Edition is quite sagging down on my mainboard.

I've seen Linus' Video on puget Systems and they usually use a custom bracket for supporting their GPUs just for that reason (mine started to emit a buzzing sound when ramping up the fans, getting it back on horizontal level stops that).

Does anyone have a website that ships to germany selling them for less than a new motherboard would cost? (I found some very expensive ones... :o )

Not sure if you care too too much about aesthetics, but there are a bunch of cheaper ways to get the same job done.

  1. Add something nice to support it.
    1. I received some of those vinyl pop things for Christmas last year, and it sits almost perfectly beneath the card. If it isn't the right height, just add some coins to the bottom
    2. Spoiler

  2. 3D print something to support it
    1. Pretty self-explanatory, but you can design your own bracket kind of to support your GPU. I'm sure there's tons of picture of this on the internet.

Want to know which mobo to get?

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.
