Changing background app for Android

Hey,

 

I wanted to ask if any of you know about an app for android which allows me to have a changing wallpaper. I have many wallpapers downloaded but I want to have them changing every few seconds or so. I tried looking for one but I failed. Also I want to change the HOMESCREEN wallpaper, not the LOCKSCREEN!

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
