Which drivers do I reinstall help please

I just reinstalled windows and it gave me default windows drivers which work perfectly but do I have to install drivers from the manufacturer like for the sound card Realtek (I didn't get to software) soon question is does the Realtek driver improve sound or should I just stick with Windows? Oh and should I install default drivers from the cd(laptop manufacturer drivers for window 8 I have 10) or webisteb

Um I asking  If I have to get drivers from the manufacturer or just use Windows default I'm talking about sound Drivers (mouse printer etc)not display drivers
