UPDATE: Rebooting the router worked

So we have 2 networks in our house, 1 5Ghz, 1 2.4Ghz. My laptop cannot connect to our 5Ghz network, so I use the 2.4Ghz network. Today, the outlet our router was plugged into got tripped, and it had to restart. Once it finished restarting, the only network my phone can detect is our 2.4Ghz network(I connect my phone to that one as well). I can connect to the internet with an ethernet cable, and have tried restarting the network to no avail. Can anyone help?
