Dual Boot Windows Uninstalled Incorrectly

Instead of uninstalling the windows partition on my Mac, I deleted the partition, and now my Mac tries to boot to Windows 10, which gives me some kind of error code. My Mac does still work, if I select MacOS from the boot menu, but I'd like to get rid of Windows so that I can boot my Mac normally. Any help would be appreciated.

One would think, yes. But I've explored bootcamp for about an hour to no avail.

What did you use to support the dual boot? Bootcamp?  Have you try re-installing Windows and uninstall it the proper way?
