The R5 1600 can do gaming + streaming just fine.

The R5 1600 can handle gaming and streaming quite well. The R5 1600s 6c/12t still does good when it comes to multithreaded/multicore workloads and overclocking the ryzen chip to 4.0GHz gives it a slight performance increase which is another thing to consider for your workloads.
