Hello everyone I am having a problem with My CPU Constantly running at a high percentage. I noticed my clock speed on my CPU will not move from 800mhz no matter what I am doing on the computer. 

 

Here are my system specs:

My BIOS is American Megatrends INC. 1.I0, and the Date I installed it was 04/25/2017
