My water coolant temp is hitting nearly 50c when under load and about 38-39c when idle. Does this seem normal?

 

Setup

2x 420mm 30mm thick alphacool rads 

i9 7900x @4.6ghz 1.2v (Delidded)

gtx 1080ti light overclock of 120MHz

1x EK-XRES 140 Revo D5 PWM Cooling Pump

 

I am currently running the fans at 800rpm

What are your system load temps, as long as the fluid remains below 60C more for the pumps than anything else it's nothing to worry about
