Very likely proprietary. With some digging , searching, screaming, and trial and error maybe you could figure out what's what but, :/ good luck.

Currently majoring in computer networking. That's about it yeah. Not much goes on in my life.

If you can find some sort of repair guide for the display, you might be able to figure out what the pins are. Then you could possibly solder different connectors.... but it's gonna be a huge amount of work to figure it out.

 

There's a small chance the pins line up perfectly with HDMI spec or something, so if you're really lucky, you could solder a cable onto it. Where is the display from?

 

Most likely it will be useless though. If there's any sort of other hardware that connects it to whatever device it's from, you'd have to bring that hardware over (probably not worth the effort) or remake it (pretty much impossible).
