fiinding a fix for my motherboard

so i have a rog maximus 6 motherboard, and it wont post the q led says 00 which helps me a ton! also last time i tried to get this to work everything would work fine but i would get a 00 code so i woudlent post..buy everything to work i mean the qled would flash a few number and the cpu fan would spin.now when i turn it on the cpu fan wont spin and the code still says 00, i did see linus's video on how easy it was to fix a bent pin, so i look and i believe i found a bent pin "tried" to fix it, now the cpu fan wont spin (stock), i havent tried reseating the ram, i did remove then 24/8 pin and reinsert just to make sure it wasent that, i got a cheap board off newegg to test weather it's the board or the cpu..any ideas? please dont say cpu lol this is eahtier a 120 fix vs a 250 somthing fix..thanks!!

right, could it just be a bent cpu pin thou thats out of place?
