I have this case Corsair Carbide Series 330R and i want to know if i can get a windowed side panel?

Buy a dremel or a jigsaw, and just cut any type of shape out of the side panel you want, then glue on some cling film, all good.

Just from looking around I don't see any panels on sale for it, soit needs to be home made or custom made.

Adding a window will always make it louder, no real way around that.

Umm the 330r isnt going to just have a windowed side pannel as the case is optimized for silence something its actually quite good for so even if you had a clear side pannel there would just be sound deadening foam over it.
