Can't use shift 1-0?

For some reason I can't use shift 1-0, if I press them the symbol doesn't register and my numbers stop working until I click where I'm typing again, but then it still won't work. Keyboard language is confirmed US, all I tried.

Did the first 3, none fixed. Tried usb 3 in front of case and usb 2 in back (thought maybe it was a keyboard that prefers 2.0) no fix. Dunno where to check drivers, I looked at the victising website, can't find it.

Still having problems again, out of nowhere it stopped working and this time troubleshooter isn't fixing it. Is my keyboard KIA?
