power server usecase

i want to use power to sever as a sync server for audio editing i have a desk to i do most of my editing on and a laptop that i do most of my recording on. i need all the files on my desktop to edit them and i need some of the files on my laptop to use for tracking. i want to same time by having them synced. my question: will ableton freak out with power folder
