Some higher end motherboards have multiple m.2 slots. It's dependent on how many PCIe lanes the chipset and CPU offer.

 

Also, you can always buy a PCIe m.2 slot card like this

Currently majoring in computer networking. That's about it yeah. Not much goes on in my life.

I might've seen an M.2 networking card a while back. I could be wrong
